Captain John Zubieta known as "Zubie" established his first ZUBIES back in the '60's. Zubies is renowned for its legendary tradition of over 40 years and has become a household name in all of Orange County. Simple family meals turn into feasts of generous proportions, and everywhere conversation turns to good food, family, and friends, which conjure up simpler times, and the pursuit of it. The joy of eating in an unrushed, happy atmosphere is central to Zubies culture.
